Services
Full Legal Services, Not Just Paperwork.
Unlike a paralegal or document preparer, an Arizona Licensed Legal Paraprofessional is authorized by the Arizona Supreme Court to provide complete legal services without attorney supervision. Under ACJA 7-210, that includes:
Specific advice, opinions, and recommendations about your legal rights, options, remedies, defenses, and strategies — not just general information.
Prepare, sign, draft, and file all court documents on your behalf — including petitions, motions, discovery requests, and proposed orders.
Appear in court hearings, mediation, arbitration, and settlement conferences as your representative.
Negotiate legal rights and responsibilities directly for you, including settlement terms with the opposing party or their counsel.
